Grove City home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Grove City rose by $17,226 while total sales increased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 449 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,000 - a 10% increase over the $171,775 median sale price for the previous year. There were 392 homes sold in Grove City in 2016.
