The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,664.98, 1.58% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 27, 2016 for $484,000.

So far in July 2021, 53 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kelly Anne Sparks has been registered to vote since 2016. Nicholas M Gasbarro has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
