This home last sold for $15,000 on Feb. 12, 2018.

So far in June 2021, 55 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Anthony Steven Gray, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 453 Oakwood Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
