On April 15, Catherine Anne Maxwell and Joseph D Morehart purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2861 Norwood St., Columbus from Jill Anderson and Sarah Felter for $182,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 21, 2015. It last sold for $88,800.

So far in April 2021, eight properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jill Kristine Anderson has been registered to vote since 2011. Sarah Casey Felter has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
