The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 214 Frebis Ave., Columbus was sold on March 29 by Dr Thompson Merchant Group LLC for $365,000. The buyers were Jason Chi Yung Lee and Woolie Tsui.

So far in March 2021, 207 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 214 Frebis Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexander T Hammar, 28, James P Hammar, 59, and Tracy a Hammar, 56.
