May 2021: Grove City experienced a 7.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Grove City rose by $21,550 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 7.5% increase over the $285,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grove City in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
