Home prices increased in Groveport during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Groveport rose by $85,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 48.9% increase over the $174,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Groveport in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
