Groveport median home prices rose by 28.6% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Groveport rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Groveport in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
