February 2021: Home prices in Grove City increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Grove City rose by $28,550 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $214,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Grove City in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
