Grove City median home prices rose by 32.9% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Grove City rose by $62,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 32.9% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Grove City in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
