Groveport home prices fell in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Groveport fell by $34,800 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,200 - a 16% decrease over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Groveport in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
