Pricing for the median home in Grove City increased during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Grove City rose by $69,500 while total sales decreased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 33.7% increase over the $206,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Grove City in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
