October 2020: Home prices in Groveport fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Groveport fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Groveport in October 2019.
