Pricing for the median home in Grove City decreased during October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Grove City fell by $9,800 while total sales decreased by 35.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,100 - a 4.1% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Grove City in October 2019.
