Darbydale home prices rose in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Darbydale rose by $138,375 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 268% increase over the $51,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Darbydale in August 2019, as well.
