August 2020: Home prices in Groveport increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Groveport rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 12.3% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Groveport in August 2019.
