Pricing for the median home in Grove City increased during August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Grove City rose by $25,650 while total sales decreased by 56.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,900 - a 11.4% increase over the $224,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Grove City in August 2019.
