Grove City home prices rose in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Grove City rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 78%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $246,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Grove City in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
