Home prices increased in Lake Darby during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lake Darby rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lake Darby in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lake Darby for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,129, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
