Median home prices in Groveport rose to $244,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Groveport rose by $43,800 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $200,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Groveport in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
