Groveport home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Groveport fell by $10,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 5% decrease over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Groveport in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
