The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Grove City rose by $43,825 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,725 - a 20.7% increase over the $211,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in Grove City in the fourth quarter of 2019.
