The fourth quarter of 2020: Canal Winchester experienced a 14.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Canal Winchester rose by $35,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
