Groveport home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Groveport rose by $58,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,950 - a 29.9% increase over the $193,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Groveport in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
