The first half of 2021: Home prices in Canal Winchester increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Canal Winchester rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 10.6% increase over the $234,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the first half of 2020.
