The second half of 2020: Urbancrest experienced a 67.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Urbancrest rose by $60,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 67.6% increase over the $89,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Urbancrest in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Urbancrest for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,072, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
