Home prices increased in Darbydale during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Darbydale rose by $95,875 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,900 - a 138.9% increase over the $69,025 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Darbydale in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Darbydale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,306, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
