On July 23, Leyvi L Gagot Alagarin and Leyvi L Gagot Algarin purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2237 Bridlewood Blvd., Obetz from Hamilton Homes Investments LLC for $202,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,783.98, 0.88% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, two properties sold in Obetz.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Harold B Graham, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 2237 Bridlewood Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
