Falling home prices in Groveport in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Groveport fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Groveport in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
