Grove City home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Grove City rose by $54,050 while total sales increased by 108.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,000 - a 24% increase over the $224,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Grove City in July 2020.
