The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3618 Grant Ave., Grove City was sold on Sept. 1 by 2TEERS Properties LLC for $420,000. The buyers were Brian and Michelle Mills.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,062.80, 0.49% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Grove City.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3618 Grant Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Forrest F Fergus, 51, and Andrew Lee Burns, 35.
