Grove City median home prices rose by 19.5% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Grove City rose by $44,900 while total sales increased by 144%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $230,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Grove City in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
