Groveport home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Groveport rose by $42,050 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $204,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Groveport in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
