The third quarter of 2021: Darbydale experienced a 42.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Darbydale fell by $74,700 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,300 - a 42.4% decrease over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Darbydale in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Darbydale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,306, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
