Rising home prices in Groveport in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Groveport rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $225,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Groveport in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
