The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,028.25, 1.51% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $145,000 on Feb. 28, 2020.

So far in November 2021, two properties sold in Hamilton Meadows.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1051 Moncrief Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michale L Whitt, 54, and Jeffrey L Whitt, 55.
