Groveport median home prices rose by 18.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Groveport rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 18.8% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Groveport in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
