How did home prices perform in Grove City during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Grove City rose by $14,275 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $255,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Grove City in the fourth quarter of 2020.
