What happened to the median home price in Darbydale during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Darbydale fell by $64,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,650 - a 39% decrease over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Darbydale in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Darbydale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,306, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
