Groveport median home prices rose by 16.1% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Groveport rose by $33,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Groveport in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
