How did home prices perform in Grove City during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Grove City rose by $29,800 while total sales increased by 94.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 307 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 - a 12% increase over the $248,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Grove City in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
