Groveport median home prices rose by 20% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Groveport rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 19.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 20% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Groveport in 2020.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
