Grove City home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Grove City rose by $30,138 while total sales increased by 74.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 436 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,138 - a 12.3% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 250 homes sold in Grove City in 2020.
