Grove City median home prices rose by 8.1% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Grove City rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 54.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Grove City in January 2021.
