Groveport home prices fell in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Groveport fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Groveport in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Groveport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,571, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
