February 2022: Home prices in Grove City increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Grove City rose by $35,056 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,556 - a 14.4% increase over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Grove City in February 2021.
