City of Canal Winchester: Arbor Day Author Talk: The Arbornaut by Meg Lowman

City of Canal Winchester issued the following announcement on April 8.

Join us for a fascinating live zoom talk with Meg Lowman, the author of The Arbornaut: A Life Discovering the Eighth Continent in the Trees Above Us. Margaret “Canopy Meg” Lowman Ph.D., is a renowned global pioneer in forest canopy science and is one of the world’s foremost “arbornauts”. She has dedicated decades of her life to exploring and studying the vast forest canopies that make up the eighth continent. Researching and understanding the role that forest canopies play in our planet’s health is essential to conservation.

This program is in partnership with the Bexley Arbor Day Committee and generously funded by the Paige and Michael Crane Fund of Bexley Public Library.
