Today we're celebrating National Public Works Week by highlighting the Canal Winchester Division of Water
Did you know that this department operates and maintains a water treatment facility and water distribution system that consists of over 40 miles of water mains, 3 water towers, and over 2,600 service connections? That's a lot of water!
In other exciting news, our newest operator, Joe Stuber, has obtained his State of Ohio Class I Water Operator License - passed on the first try All operators at the Water Department are now state licensed.
