Juneteenth Celebration

Join us for this very special evening that celebrates freedom and the Juneteenth holiday. Enjoy a marketplace of black-owned businesses, as well as music, poetry, food, art, dance, and other activities. BPL is proud to partner with Bexley Minority Parent Alliance, Bexley Anti-Racism Project, City of Bexley, Bexley Chamber of Commerce, and Bexley City Schools to present this event.

Be sure to also join us for our two lead up Juneteenth events at Bexley Public Library

June 11 - Zakira Presents! Juneteenth - a family-friendly author visit with the Obayuwana Sisters

June 12 - Centennial Celebration of James Weldon Johnson's The Book of American Negro Poetry
