For this interactive class, we will learn about the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) called Bandlab which is available on all web-based and most app-based devices. This workshop will cover how to use a DAW and basic music theory to create simple loops and rhythmic patterns found in various styles of popular music. No music experience is required, just bring a phone, tablet, or laptop and create a free Bandlab account (https://www.bandlab.com/) if you wish to participate. The library will also have laptops and devices on-hand to use for this program.
